Practical AI, taught live.Train to standard, not to time.No one gets left behind.
Patriot Web Solutions teaches military members, veterans, and their families in Killeen, Texas to use, build, and check AI tools. A human instructor leads every live class; an AI tutor adapts the work to each learner. A skill is a GO when you can demonstrate it — a NO-GO means we retrain it, not that you are out.
No guaranteed finish date. No job promise. No one left behind.
How we teach
The instructor
Human-led
A person teaches every live class, sets the standard, and decides when a skill is a GO.
The tutor
AI-tailored
Each cohort’s lesson plan is adapted by AI to each participant — the one-to-one attention no single teacher can give a whole room.
The feedback
Graded, for real
Homework, tests, skills, and agents you build are checked and returned with specific feedback, not a participation mark.
The standard
GO / NO-GO
Explain it in your own words, do it on a fresh example, handle one variation. A NO-GO schedules a retrain. Crawl, walk, run — at your pace.
What you can check today
-
01
Public code
Hive Mind OS, our flagship project, is MIT-licensed on GitHub and states its own limits in its README. You can read the code today and run its offline demonstration.
-
02
Organization record
ProPublica’s Nonprofit Explorer, built from IRS data, lists Patriot Web Solutions, Killeen, Texas, under EIN 99-1238039 as a 501(c)(3) with tax exemption issued March 2024. Owner confirmation of formal status and receipt language is still pending, so this site links the listing rather than restating it as its own claim.
-
03
This website
The site ships as a verifiable release: a manifest with a digest for every file, a dated link-check receipt, and a build receipt carrying the archive digest. A reviewer can compute the same numbers.
Show the work
What honest status looks like.
We teach learners to state what works, what fails, and how to check — the way our own flagship repository does on its first screen.
## Status: early. Here is exactly what works. | Capability | Status | |---|---| | Verify a local agent-authored change against sealed checks (`hive-mind verify`) | Works offline and deterministically | | Real model drives the change (`--backend model`) | Not ready for routine use | | Production use | Prototype release only; no production use or user validation |
- The README leads with limits, not promises — its first screen says exactly what works today.
- “Works offline and deterministically” is a claim you can run yourself: the demo writes a receipt bundle you can open and read.
- “No production use” is the project’s own sentence. This site never claims more than the repository does.
The program
Six weeks of foundations. One artifact per week.
Each week ends with something you keep, checked and returned with feedback. The full syllabus, the session plan, the readiness standard, and the skills-to-job map live on the learning path.
| Week | Focus | Artifact you keep |
|---|---|---|
| W1 | What AI can and can’t do | A task attempted with and without AI, with notes |
| W2 | Privacy and safe inputs | Personal red-lines checklist |
| W3 | Asking better: briefs, not prompts | A reusable task brief |

President & founder
- Software engineer
- Family man
- Forward AI thinker
Brian founded Patriot Web Solutions and leads it as president. He is a software engineer by trade and a family man first, and he thinks about AI the way the program teaches it: as the most capable one-to-one tutor a learner has ever had, working under a human instructor who sets the standard and signs off on the GO.
The rules on this site are his: state what exists, show the check, and never leave a learner behind.
